Funding arrangements can often be based on early stage cost advice where design information is limited; MBM’s experience of the development process is able to factor in these risks in order to produce cost advice that is realistic and purposeful.

Our services cover precontract through to final account and handover and include early stage cost advice, cost planning, feasibility studies, procurement advice, tender and contract document preparation, tender review and evaluation, change management, financial management (including account preparation, cost reports, valuations etc), claims management, programming and delay analysis, dispute resolution services by way of negotiation, mediation, adjudication and arbitration.
