Danny has over 30 years’ experience working with building and civil engineering firms, developers and cost / contract consultancies specialising in contract administration, contractual claims, the preparation of expert reports and submissions for litigation, arbitration and adjudication.
Danny is regularly appointed as expert witness on quantum and quantity surveying matters concerning complex valuation and the quantifications of damages / loss. He has acted on behalf of contractors, insurers and developers in disputes which have been referred to arbitration, adjudication, mediation and litigation. He has acted as a single joint expert. He has given oral testimony in a number of arbitrations (DIAC and ICC) and the High Court in London.
Danny has worked on matters globally including UK, Middle East, North Africa, Central America, Hong Kong and South East Asia. His recent appointments and experience concern projects in Dubai, Qatar, Eastern Caribbean, Egypt, Republic of Ireland and London.
