Ant’s speciality lies in the identification, setting up and successful delivery of projects using his project management expertise and relational skills. His “can do” approach has resulted in repeat business from many trusted and satisfied clients.

Ant is a Director of MBM Consulting Ltd with overall responsibility for project management and business development. He is also a Director of the SiVEST Group.

With an honours degree in engineering and over 20 years experience, Ant is familiar with the technical aspects of a project and can add value at all stages in the execution of a project.

Ant’s key experience lies in the commercial, residential, leisure, healthcare and industrial & logistics (I&L) sectors across the UK, Africa and South Africa. He has successfully delivered numerous distribution centres (DC’s) in South Africa for large blue chip tenants and developers.

Ant has been part of the SiVEST Group since 2010 and joined the MBM team in 2022 to expand on MBM’s project management services offering. His current role involves providing professional project management services as well as the marketing and business development of MBM.

SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE
Ant has been involved on a variety of construction and engineering projects, providing project management and principal/employer’s agent services.

Some specific examples include:

• Project Director for the roll-out of numerous DC’s for the Shoprite Checkers retail group
• Project Manager for 4no. residential developments on the KZN north coast in South Africa
• Project Manager for numerous warehouses and logistics parks for Equites Property Fund
• Project Manager for leisure/hospitality developments for Hilton, Accor (Mercure), Shearings and Moorfield
